Organizational Structure

Executive Committee

The MSM shall be governed by the Executive Committee which shall be responsible for the strategic direction and organizational leadership of the MSM. All powers and control of the MSM shall be vested in the Executive Committee.

Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer shall be appointed by the Registrar who shall determine his or her conditions of employment.
